Friend of a Friend Programme
Starting out as a coach can be challenging. Our Friend of a Friend programme helps you overcome common hurdles by connecting you with real clients outside your cohort.
Why This Matters
- Practise coaching with someone you don’t know
- Experience chemistry building and contracting (without role play)
- Gain the coaching hours you need for qualification and accreditation
- Build a broader Coaching CV and profile
How it Works
- Invite a professional friend or colleague
- Submit their email address
- We match them with a coach
- Coaching begins
Your Friend Can Expect
- Three free coaching sessions
- A supportive, trained coach (possibly their first time with a new client)
- No preparation required—just an open mind
- Option to continue beyond 3 sessions as a paid coaching assignment (by private agreement)

Practical Notes
Coaches are trained professionals from your cohort, though they may be a little nervous at first, which is completely normal. Sessions are usually held online, but can take place in person if both parties agree, with any related expenses handled privately between coach and client.
To make the most of the experience, it’s helpful if your friend comes prepared with a coaching goal in mind.
