This ‘learn on the job’ approach involves you inviting Dulcie, or another senior associate into your business-as-usual meetings for a period of time. Practical help is given about how you can work together more effectively using coaching principles (with a psychometric where appropriate).
We provide practical guidance on collaborative working using coaching principles (and psychometrics where relevant).
With this option there is immediate value add. You have a fresh pair of commercial eyes offering insight through observation and team coaching whilst also equipping you with tools and techniques that can be used in your own functional teams. This approach has the benefit of requiring no formal classroom learning.
