The Leadership Catalyst: Dulcie's Coaching, Training, and Consulting for Peak Performance

When consulting, coaching, and facilitating endeavors, Dulcie thrives on collaborating with diverse individuals and teams. She has honed her expertise in Imposter Thinking and often shares insights on this topic publicly. Over the course of 15+ years, she has dedicated herself to developing graduates on Young Leader and graduate courses, as well as conducting training sessions on human productivity and effective behaviour for Executives through to Apprentices. Whether she’s facilitating, training, or coaching, Dulcie’s approach revolves around merging her business acumen with scientific knowledge to cultivate a supportive, candid environment where failure is embraced as a learning opportunity, imperfection is celebrated, and remarkable outcomes become the standard.

Dulcie finds immense fulfillment in guiding dysfunctional teams toward peak performance. She particularly relishes the challenge of equipping line managers and leaders with the tools to coach effectively and leverage behavioural science to foster team growth and drive superior business results.

In the realm of Team Coaching, Dulcie specialises in leveraging psychometrics, delivering direct and honest feedback (including her own 360 feedback), applying behavioural science principles, and implementing straightforward working/meeting methodologies to enhance team dynamics and collaboration.

Dulcie’s background is as unique as her approach. As possibly the only Fellow of the CIPD with an MBA and qualifications as a nightclub bouncer, she believes it’s the amalgamation of her diverse experiences—spanning commercial roles within and outside HR in FTSE 100/250 environments—and her profound understanding of neuroscience, biology, and psychology that allows her to offer a distinctive and compelling perspective to her clients. Beyond her consultancy work, Dulcie has served as a Non-Executive, leveraging her broad business acumen as a mentor, and has been instrumental as a Business Mentor/Coach within the Government Sponsored Growth Accelerator Programme.
