3. Using Your Workbook on the Programme

In this video, I walk you through the workbook page by page, so you can start to get familiar with it before we’re together in the room. It’s a chance to see how it’s laid out and why so much of it is deliberately left blank.

I’ll explain how the different coloured sections work, from making your own notes and capturing coaching practice, to using the book as a place to think, reflect, and experiment. The idea is that you learn by doing, not by filling in forms.

The workbook is there to support your practice, keep everything in one place, and make the whole learning process feel manageable. This video will help you see how it all fits together, and how simply you can use it as you go.
