Supervision & Ethical Dilemma Session

At Top Right Thinking, we believe that exploring real-life ethical challenges enhances critical thinking and professional development.

Our Ethical Dilemma sessions count towards your formal supervision hours and provide a collaborative and thought-provoking environment where you can engage with complex scenarios and sharpen your decision-making skills.

These sessions are exclusively available to our current and past TOP RIGHT COACHES, with limited spaces to ensure an intimate and engaging experience. Current delegates will have access to a set number of complimentary sessions as part of their course requirements (3 on the Qualification/Award and a further 3 for the Advanced/Certificate). Past students are welcome to participate for a small fee of £99 per session + VAT.

What kind of dilemmas might you explore?

• Coaching a high-potential employee before maternity leave who doubts she’ll return, fearing the organisation won’t support her work-life balance.
• Coaching someone who reveals a strained relationship with a board member due to an inappropriate remark at a conference, which they plan to report.

Cancellation policy:
These sessions are designed to provide a supportive space to explore ethical dilemmas and build a strong sense of community within our supervision groups. To ensure they run effectively for everyone, we take a ‘Top Right’ approach to last-minute cancellations. If you cancel within 72 hours of the session start time, you will need to rebook and pay for the missed session in full. If you are attending these sessions free of charge as part of your course, you will be required to pay for the rescheduled session.Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance allow us time to adjust arrangements, so no charge will apply. Please inform both Dulcie and Hayley if you need to cancel, in case one of us is out of the office.Please note: if you are completing these supervision sessions as part of your Top Right Thinking Coaching and Mentoring course, you must complete the required number of hours within your course timeframe to qualify. Certificates cannot be issued unless you complete:

• 3 hours – Top Right Thinking Coaching and Mentoring Programme
• 6 hours – Top Right Thinking Advanced Coaching and Mentoring Programme
