In just 4 months, with an intensive induction and only 2 hours of coaching practice per week—built into your existing work—you can become an AC Accredited Foundation Executive Coach.
You’ll earn our Top Right Coaching & Mentoring qualification, certified by the Association for Coaching.
Leading successfully at a senior level relies on an ability to coach others. So it’s not surprising that many leaders moving to a portfolio career have a desire to continue this rewarding work.
We’ll give you the skills and accreditation to move from a coaching style of leadership to using coaching skils within a NED role or as an Independent or Associate Executive Coach.
Should you wish to develop your skills further you can progress to our Advanced Coaching and Mentoring programme and become an
AC Accredited Executive Coach within just 10 months.
This programme is specifically designed for a small cohort of NEDs and aspiring NEDs who have extensive leadership experience but who are looking to build confidence in their coaching and gain a recognised accreditation in an accelerated timeframe without intensive effort.
