Coach Training Programmes
Your training as a coach and becoming an Accredited Coach with a professional body are two very different things.
Many people only discover too late that professional coaching accreditation is separate, time-consuming, and essential to be seen as credible. They also tell us that the qualification beforehand was heavily focused on formal coaching in Executive Coaching relationships – not on how to make coaching, practical, usable and relevant to daily leadership.
Our programme is different. Developed with the Association for Coaching, it blends our hands-on leadership experience, neuroscience expertise, and practical coaching know-how to help:

- People to have their coaching recognised and accredited by the Association for Coaching to create a coaching CV to be proud of
The training is interactive, neuroscience-informed, and designed to embed learning in a way that’s practical and time-efficient. It builds deep confidence and immediate impact—whether you’re coaching a team or a client.
We also licence our resources for sharing, and remove unnecessary tasks like lengthy assignments or complex logs that don’t directly enhance your coaching ability.
Leaders Who Coach
Our AC-certified programme boosts team & individual performance by embedding coaching and self study. Not a full qualification, but a credit towards our advanced programmes.
Executive Coaching
Our in-depth programme gets you accredited as a Foundation Executive Coach. Delivered in in flexible half days over 6 months. It includes assignments, practice coaching, and lets you co-tutor later! Ideal for leaders or HR pros.
Advanced Executive Coaching
Builds on our 3-day course for a higher qualification. Delivered over a further 6 months in 6x 1/2 days, it requires no extra work! Co-tutor our Leaders Who Coach programme & gain accelerated accreditation.
Team Coaching
We offer bespoke programmes with team coaching and feedback. Dulcie (or another expert) joins your meetings, providing practical coaching techniques and fresh perspectives. Gain immediate value, equip your teams, and skip the classroom!
