From logging your coaching hours to completing your AC logs and templates, they’ll guide you through each step with practical advice, reassurance, and clarity. Whether you’re just starting or nearing the finish line, our mentors are here to ensure you feel confident, supported, and on track.

Samantha Lympany-Tier

Foundation Executive Coach Accreditation Mentor

Described as intuitive, curious, and whimsical, Sam often enlists her crocheted chickens to help clients feel at ease. She joined Dulcie at Top Right Thinking in 2025, while managing a feline-only clinic, and brings her passion for coaching into her current roles: co-tutoring the Award programme, mentoring others through accreditation, and supporting clients.

Sam is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors. She’s also a qualified feline behaviourist and is currently training as an aerial hoop instructor. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, nature, aerial arts—and the occasional interruption from her cat, Mymbles.

Becky Bortak

Executive Coach Accreditation Mentor

Becky began her career as a mental health counselor before moving into HR, eventually finding her passion in Learning and Development—what she calls the “fun side of HR.” Now an L&D Manager at Amcor, she met Dulcie through her coaching journey and earned her Executive Coaching accreditation via the Association for Coaching.

Creative and empathetic, Becky brings curiosity and warmth to her sessions. She now mentors others through the accreditation process and often shares her love of music—sometimes through spontaneous karaoke or songwriting. When working from home, her four furry co-workers occasionally steal the spotlight.
