What if you are already an experienced Coach?
- If you have your coaching hours logged, subject to our verification, your experience counts for professional accreditation (unlike some other providers).
- We have strived to make our programmes much more than a beginner’s masterclass – previously trained coaches tell us they find our sessions energising, thought-provoking and discover something new in them.
- Three days with us could be a much faster (and more interesting) way of becoming accredited than ploughing through some of the more lengthy options out there.
- The work you do with us can be included as a part of your CPD (with the CIPD for example).
With your permission, we like use your experience ‘in-the-room’ to offer your skills to the less experienced participants – interaction, observation, feedback and group activities are key to the programme.
