
Tea Break Training were the supplier we selected to provide us with a series of 10 learning capsules on diverse topics including Effective Meetings, Coaching and Building Trust. Each capsule consisted of a practical workbook, a self-coaching guide and a PowerPoint presentation so that our training teams could support the role out.
Dulcie and her associates provided us with a series of world class training materials. Our senior leadership team started to see the process as “game-changing”, noting that whilst the materials were easy to read and to the point they encouraged genuine reflection, change and had solid foundations to academia and research.
Amcor have now contracted with Dulcie and her team to provide a series of professional video shorts to compliment the training modules. These show Dulcie herself at her best – approachable, knowledgeable and able to convey sometimes complicated concepts in a simple way to a camera or audience. I have no doubt that they will help Amcor to embed some of the most impactful training ever undertaken in the business.

We initially invited Dulcie to work with us on our organisational values. Through a series of interviews, workshops and spending time in our business, she helped us to find words that have real meaning. It is fair to say that her sage advice helped convince some of the more sceptical leaders within our business that the change would genuinely add value.
Dulcie also worked with us on strengthening our internal talent development and recruitment through the use of coaching and psychometric profiling. So, when it came to our annual conference, Dulcie was the natural choice to lead a session on how we had joined together these various strands.
