We know you are short on time, so we keep it simple and talk straight.

We are not affiliated to any one training brand, writer, business school or theory. We know them and love some of them. We take what we think are the best ideas and have slimmed them down into a “Tea Break” sized session, so you can get to grips with big ideas in less time than it takes to finish a cup of tea. Leaving you with more time to get back to the job and put them into practice.

We have over 30 bite-size learning modules. They can be delivered individually for a one off conference learning session or grouped together to form a leadership programme.

We apply science and research to make your current learning stick. And to make our own training really high impact.

We are experienced facilitators, coaches and mentors. We can flex to suit what you actually need, rather than just sell you what we have. We are licensed to use virtually every psychometric test, so if that is part of the plan, great. We can make those stick better too…

Each module is uniquely and graphically presented on a Tea Break post card. These cards make the most of what we know about how the brain retains information.

We know from science and research that reflection and discussion can improve performance by over 20%, so we integrate that into our approach.

We ask delegates to write themselves a message on our postcards and send them to them a week later to re-energise the learning.

We want the new things you learn to actually be used to grow your business, week in and week out.

We measure that, and we continue with our support until you have really seen the difference.

Ultimate Flexibility…

You may want to use just 1 Tea Break session to start a conference with a cerebral bang.

Or 2 Tea Break sessions on the morning of a week long programme to help embed some specialist or technical learning of your own.

You may want to run 3 Tea Break sessions as a stand alone half day workshop to help you to implement change better or enable people to have difficult conversations.

Or have us facilitate a 2 day strategy away day and strengthen the expectation of something being delivered when you get back.

You may want a 1 or 2 year Graduate, Apprentice, or High Potential programme with bite.

We can create postcards with you, with your branding and logos. We can turn the ideas into bespoke workbooks or videos.
