One of our expert coaches will accompany you on a working day. They provide you with insightful feedback and coaching based on their observations and can provide follow up sessions if required. We can do this for several leaders at once and provide a “think tank” environment where you can explore the themes and trends we see and integrate them into your strategic people planning.
Psychometric Testing and Development.
We are qualified and experienced to deliver all the major psychometrics for recruitment or development including MBTI, Wave, OPQ, Insights, Belbin, Gallup Strengths Finder, VARK etc. We can work these into recruitment processes or individual coaching or team training sessions to help you to improve performance.
We don’t offer our coaching based on seniority. We have a flexible package and coaches that can support almost anyone with anything.
